For workshops and retreats, you may either cancel your booking (see below for conditions) or transfer your booking to the next scheduled workshop, or send an alternative person to the workshop in your place. 

For workshops/retreats the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 7 days before workshop date: 85%  refund 
Cancellation less than 7 days before workshop date: 50% refund
There is no refund for not attending or cancelling less than 24 hours before workshop date 
All cancellation or transfer requests must be made in writing, including your contact details and phone number.
