I work with so many women who, with our modern way of living, experience overwhelm and exhaustion, disconnect from self and spirit and hormonal imbalance.
This affects all aspects of her health and wellbeing – from poor digestion to hot flushes, anxiety and insomnia.
Ayurveda has many simple practices to help regain perspective in our busy lives and create better health and hormonal balance for every day!

Through my teachings and classes I hope to foster greater openness and communication in our society about women’s health, menopause, adrenal and thyroid health.
