I can't believe how amazing this e-book is. I've been struggling with hormone imbalance since my second child was born, insomnia, stress, and hot flashes. Just by implementing some of the things I've learned on this book I've already seen great improvement in the way I feel, in particular, in my stress levels and sleep. It's clear, sensible and so helpful. If you're thinking about buying it, do yourself a favour and do it.
